Acne-Fighting Moisturizer Spray

I’m in love with making my own facial mists (as you may have noticed). They take almost no time at all to whip up and you can customize them however you like! I have acne-prone skin, and at times I break out on my back and chest. This spray makes it easy to fight acne wherever it may pop up. The best part, it also acts as a moisturizer!

  • with regular use it will help your skin retain moisture longer
  • it has high antibacterial, antimicrobial, antiseptic, antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties

I like to make a little more than necessary when I make sprays because I use them so often. This recipe makes 16oz, just like my Cooling Spray, since I keep this one in the fridge as well to refill my spray bottle when it runs out.

To make:

  • 1/4 cup aloe
  • 1/2 tbs tea tree oil
  • 1 tbs vegetable glycerine
  • 3/4 cup witch hazel
  • 1 1/2 cup rose water

Combine ingredients in a glass jar (mason jars are always helpful) and shake well. Use a funnel if needed to pour your solution into a spray bottle, and that’s it!

To use: Simply shake and spray, wherever you need it, whenever you need it!

Enjoy!
